Customers departing from Mainland China and Macau SAR have the option of using the convenient sea-to-air transfer ferry service to travel from the GBA ports to the SkyPier Terminal at Hong Kong International Airport. Alternatively, customers may also take a coach from Macau SAR or Zhuhai that connects directly to the SkyPier Terminal.

How to travel from the GBA to Hong Kong by ferry
You may now travel to the SkyPier Terminal of Hong Kong International Airport via sea-to-air transfer ferry service from ports in the GBA. Take advantage of the upstream check-in service at Humen, Nansha, Pazhou, Shenzhen Fuyong, Shenzhen Shekou and Zhongshan for your check-in baggage, receive your boarding pass, and apply for the pre-paid Air Passenger Departure Tax refund.
Step 1
Book Singapore Airlines air tickets and purchase separate ferry tickets.
Step 2*
Complete the check-in formalities and have your boarding pass printed and baggage checked through to the final destination at the eligible upstream port.
Step 3
Take the ferry to SkyPier Terminal at Hong Kong International Airport and proceed to the boarding gate of your Singapore Airlines flight*.
Step 4
Collect your baggage at the destination airport.
*Please note that passengers must arrive at SkyPier Terminal:
• at least 80 minutes before your flight departure time if you have completed the check-in formalities at the eligible upstream ports. For more details, visit the upstream check-in service webpage.
• at least 110 minutes before your flight departure time if travelling from Macau SAR (Maritime Ferry Terminal).

How to travel from Macau SAR or Zhuhai to Hong Kong by the SkyPier Terminal Transfer Coach
Customers may also take a coach from Macau SAR or Zhuhai to the SkyPier Terminal in Hong Kong International Airport, and apply for the pre-paid Air Passenger Departure Tax refund.
Step 1
Book Singapore Airlines air tickets and purchase separate coach tickets.
Step 2*
Take the coach to SkyPier Terminal, check in for your flight, and drop your baggage. Proceed to the boarding gate of your Singapore Airlines flight.
Step 3
Collect your baggage at your destination airport.
*Please note that you must arrive at the SkyPier Terminal at least 1 hour and 50 minutes before the scheduled flight departure time.
