You must be an Indonesian citizen and of the age of 18 and above to participate. Employees of Singapore Airlines Limited and its subsidiaries, advertising and promotions agencies connected to this quiz and the immediate families of such employees are not eligible to participate.

All Participants shall be bound by the following terms and conditions. All amendments, additions, replacements and modifications hereto as may be made from time to time at the sole discretion of Singapore Airlines Limited (“The Organiser”).

Social Media Competition #FlySQForF1 Terms and Conditions

1. This Singapore Airlines x Pelago Social Media Competition promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by Singapore Airlines Limited (“SIA”).

2. By participating in this Promotion, the participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions and any additional terms, amendments or directives (“Term and Condition”) which may be made or issued by SIA in its sole discretion either before or during the Promotion. SIA may vary the Terms and Conditions without notice and/or liability to you or to any other party. Non-compliance with or breach of any of the Terms and Conditions may disqualify you at any stage from the Promotion, and any prizes may be withheld, forfeited and/or reclaimed.

3. The Promotion, which involves voluntary participation, will be carried out via SIA Indonesia’s Instagram page at @singaporeairid and will be open to: (a) all Indonesian citizens; (b) aged 18 years and above; (c) reside in Indonesia; and (d) have submitted a Qualifying Entry (as defined below) during the promotion period from 5 June 2026 (00.00 WIB) to 21 June 2026 (23.59 WIB) (“Promotion Period”).

4. For an entry to qualify for the Promotion (“Qualifying Entry”), the participants will need to fulfil the following conditions:

a. The participants must be registered KrisFlyer members

b. Participants are to share their ideal FORMULA 1 SINGAPORE AIRLINES SINGAPORE GRAND PRIX experience with Singapore Airlines, from comfort in the air to thrills at the track, in the comments section of the official promotion post on SIA Indonesia’s Instagram page at @singaporeairid; and include the hashtags #FlySQForF1 #SingaporeAirlines #DiscoverPelago in their comments. Participants must also follow @singaporeairid and should set their Instagram account to “public”

c. The entry must be posted during the Promotion Period; and participants must invite 3 other friends to participate by tagging them in the same entry and using hashtags #FlySQForF1 #SingaporeAirlines #DiscoverPelago

5. SIA will not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind, busy lines, misspelt email addresses, acts of God, pandemics, epidemics, global health crises, social instability such as riots, acts of terrorism.

6. Each participant is only entitled to one chance in the Promotion regardless of the number of Qualifying Entries submitted. Multiple entries will be automatically voided. Entries made on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.

7. On 6 July 2026, five (5) winners (“Winners”) will be selected from the pool of Qualifying Entries. The Qualifying Entries will be judged on their creative and unique merits, and the Winners shall be determined by SIA and Pelago, in their sole discretion, based on the five (5) most creative and unique submissions posted. The criteria for determining the most creative submissions include (but are not limited to) the following: (a) the novelty or originality of the Qualifying Entry and the relevance of the Qualifying Entry to the theme, (b) aesthetic appeal and artistic excellence of the Qualifying Entry, and (c) relevance of the Qualifying Entry to the theme. Prize Policy

Tickets awarded as part of the Prize (including FORMULA 1 SINGAPORE AIRLINES SINGAPORE GRAND PRIX 2026 Stamford Grandstand ticket, Universal Studios Singapore tickets, Singapore Oceanarium tickets, Singapore Zoo tickets, and Gardens by the Bay tickets) are valid for use only on the specific date(s) designated by SIA or the respective venue, as communicated to the Winner upon Prize notification. Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and subject to the terms and conditions of the respective venues. SIA accepts no liability for any changes to event schedules or venue policies outside of its control.
 
8. SIA will notify the Winner by 6 July 2026 (“Announcement Date”) via a direct message to the Winners’ Instagram account with information on how to claim the Prize. SIA will endeavour to announce the Winner on the Announcement Date and at the advertised date in the manner advertised but reserves the right to announce the Winner in such manner as it deems fit in its absolute discretion. SIA reserves the right to void, cancel, suspend or amend the Promotion in its absolute discretion without any notice and/or liability to any party.
 
9. The Winner is required to return a signed letter of acceptance in accordance with the instructions provided by SIA within ten (10) calendar days, together with all details that may reasonably be required by SIA for the issuance of the Prize to the Winner (including without limitation their full name as reflected in their identity card, contact number, email address and mailing address). If the signed letter of acceptance is not received by SIA by 16 July 2026, the Prize may be forfeited or another winner may be chosen by SIA, in its sole discretion. SIA reserves the right to exclude or disqualify any participant from the Promotion at any stage on the following grounds: (a) engaging in fraudulent, dishonest, or bad faith conduct in connection with the Promotion; (b) manipulating or interfering with the registration process, entry process, or operation of the Promotion; (c) violating these Terms and Conditions; (d) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive, abusive, threatening or harassing manner towards other participants or any party involved in the Promotion; (e) entries being offensive, inappropriate or distasteful, unacceptable or against the ethos and principles of SIA or which may be considered disparaging; or (f) for any other reasons, as it may deem fit and proper.
 
10. By participating in the Promotion, each participant:
 
a. agrees to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions, SIA’s conditions of use of website and SIA’s Privacy Policy, (collectively, “SIA Terms & Conditions”). Non-compliance with or breach of any of these SIA Terms and Conditions may result in the participant being disqualified at any stage of the Promotion, and any prizes won may be forfeited, withheld, withdrawn or reclaimed.

b. agree to be bound by the SINGAPORE GP PTE. LTD.'s (the “Event Organiser”) event terms and conditions, including any applicable age restrictions. The Event Organiser, event personnel and staff and its agents, each reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to remove or revoke full or partial access to the event, to any winner and/or guests who do not comply with the Event Organiser's terms and conditions.

c. agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including [his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, electronic ticket number, contact number and email address]) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by SIA for the purposes of the Promotion and the Prize, including to communicate with the Winner on collection of the Prize. All collection, use and disclosure of participant’s personal data will be in accordance with SIA’s Privacy Policy.

d.agrees to grant SIA an exclusive, transferrable, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide and royalty-free license to publish, repost and/or use his/her Entry Form and/or Qualifying Entry in any manner and for any purpose that SIA deems fit, without any further notification, remuneration and/or compensation of any kind.

e. releases SIA and/or its partners from and agrees to indemnify SIA and/ or its partners and any of SIA’s officers/employees/directors/representatives/agents from and against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of the Prize or participation in the Promotion including (but not limited to) personal injury and damage to property or any violation of intellectual property rights of a third party or any law and whether direct, indirect, consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission, or otherwise.

f. In no event shall SIA, its subsidiaries, affiliates, associates and related companies, including the employees of all of the foregoing, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of data, arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or the acceptance or use of any Prize. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit SIA’s liability for any losses arising from fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable laws and regulations.

 

11. By participating in this Promotion, participants acknowledge and agree that SIA may collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process their personal data (including but not limited to name, KrisFlyer membership number, Instagram handle, likeness, contact number, and email address) solely for the purposes of administering the Promotion. Such purposes include, but are not limited to: (a) verifying participants’ eligibility; (b) administering and managing the Promotion; (c) contacting and communicating with participants, including announcing the Winners; (d) facilitating the fulfillment and delivery of Prizes; and (e) carrying out promotional, marketing, and publicity activities related to the Promotion. SIA shall process all personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations in the Republic of Indonesia and SIA’s Privacy Policy. Participants have the right to access, correct, update, and request the deletion of their personal data, subject to applicable laws and regulations. To the extent necessary for the purposes stated above, participants agree that their personal data may be shared with SIA’s affiliates, partners, and service providers, including those located outside the Republic of Indonesia, provided that such transfer is carried out in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
 
12. By accepting the Prize, each Winner agrees that SIA may process the personal data of the Winner for publicity and/or use in advertisements across all media, including, without limitation, in SIA’s publications, presentations, promotional materials on their websites, in its original or edited format, and whether to promote the Promotion or otherwise without further notification, remuneration or compensation. For avoidance of doubt, this Clause 11 shall survive the expiration or termination of these Terms and Conditions.
 
13. All decisions made by SIA, in respect to any matter relating to this Promotion, including the choice of the Winner, shall be final. SIA reserves the right to vary the Terms and Conditions, terminate or otherwise amend this Promotion without prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.
 
14. SIA reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants. The demise of a participant automatically disqualifies his/her entry.
 
15. Employees of SIA, Scoot, KrisShop, their immediate families, affiliates, subsidiaries, related agencies, principal sponsors and suppliers associated with this campaign are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. Corporations and other artificial persons are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
 
16. The Prize cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash,and shall not be transferred to another individual other than the registered winner. If any indication of abuse or violation of this provision is found, SIA reserves the right to cancel the Prize without any compensation. SIA will not be responsible for: (a) any SPAM generated messages; (b) any SMS/Whatsapp/other messaging service message delivery failures; (c) lost, misdirected, late, incomplete, or unintelligible entries or for inaccurate entry information, whether caused by the participant(s) or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries; (d) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Promotion; (e) any error in the operation or transmission, theft, destruction, loss, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, or for technical, network, telephone, computer, hardware or software, malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of, or failure to receive any entry information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website; (f) injury or damage to the participant or any other computer or mobile resulting from downloading any materials in connection with the Promotion; (g) if the Participants do not have mobile phones or other gadgets or means that support the Lucky Draw link/technical requirements; (h) if the Participant has registered himself/herself to the DND of the telecom provider/ Participant has specifically requested for not receiving messages for the specific campaign/contests; (i) other conditions beyond SIA's reasonable control or any Force Majeure. By submitting a Qualifying Entry, the Participant is deemed to have expressly consented to exempt SIA from DND restriction imposed by the relevant Participant.
 
17. To the extent permitted under applicable law, SIA will not be responsible or liable for any consequences that any participant may suffer (including without limitation any damage, loss, injury or disappointment) by participating in the Promotion, or the participant’s acceptance of any prize, or as a result of any Prize that is late, lost, damaged or misdirected in transit.
 
18. The Prize does not include air ticket, travel insurance, hotel, visas, taxes, transfers, food and drink, spending money, or any other personal expenses of and incidental to your use of the Prize and/or participation in the Promotion, which are your responsibility.
 
19. Any taxes from or in connection with the Prize shall be handled in accordance with the prevailing tax laws and regulations in the Republic of Indonesia. Where required by applicable law, SIA reserves the right to withhold and remit any applicable taxes on behalf of the Winner. Any remaining tax obligations shall be borne by the Winner. Any additional costs incurred in connection with the use of the Prize, including but not limited to additional travel, baggage, accommodation, meals, visa, transportation, departure tax or any other expenses not expressly stated as part of the Prize, shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner. 
 
20. The Winner shall be responsible for ensuring that he/she and any person travelling with the Winner are available to travel on the specified dates, and hold valid passports, and any necessary visas and travel documents required. The Winner (and any accompanying person) must be medically fit to travel.
 
21. SIA reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if SIA cannot provide the original Prize due to circumstances beyond its control.
 
22. The Prize is not negotiable or transferable. The Prize is not eligible for mileage accrual for any frequent flyer programs.
 
23. The Prize may not be used in combination with any other ongoing offers/ promotions/ contests/discounts.
 
24. Any KrisFlyer miles awarded as part of the Prize will be credited to the Winners’ Krisflyer accounts. The KrisFlyer miles will be valid for a period of one year from the date on which it is awarded to the Winner, following which the miles shall expire and no extensions to the validity period will be permitted. The KrisFlyer miles shall also be subject to the terms and conditions of the KrisFlyer programme, available at https://www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/id/ppsclub-krisflyer/termsconditions-kf/.
 
25. By participating in the Promotion, each participant expressly represents and warrants that their Qualifying Entry consists only of their own original work and does not infringe on the rights of any third party. If in the future there are objections to the use of the work and/or violation of the third parties, the participant concerned will be personally responsible and release SIA from all claims and responsibilities whatsoever.

27. Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Indonesia courts.
 
28. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SIA shall not be liable for any Loss (including loss of profits or indirect, consequential, incidental, special, exemplary or punitive loss or damage), howsoever caused (including through the negligence of SIA), suffered or incurred by the participants arising from or in connection with:
 
a. The participants’ access to, or use of, the Site, any materials, or any linked site, including without limitation, the participants’ participation in the Promo
b.  any decision or action taken by the participants in reliance on any advertisements and/or promotional material in relation to the Promotion; and/or
c. any error or defect in the Site.
 
The above disclaimer does not attempt or purport to exclude liability under any statute if, and to the extent, such liability cannot be lawfully excluded.
 
29. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SIA’s liability under any guarantee, condition or warranty (including, without limitation, any guarantee, condition or warranty of merchantability, acceptable quality, fitness for purpose or fitness for disclosed result), or any other right or remedy, under any legislation or implied into these T&Cs by any legislation (Statutory Warranties) is hereby excluded. Where SIA is liable under any Statutory Warranties, and any legislation avoids or prohibits provisions in a contract excluding or modifying the application of, or exercise of, or liability under, such Statutory Warranties, SIA’s liability for any breach of such Statutory Warranties shall be limited, at SIA’s option, to one or more of the following: (a) if the breach relates to goods: the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods; the repair of such goods; the cost of replacing the goods or of acquiring equivalent goods; or the cost of having the goods repaired; and (b) if the breach relates to services: the supplying of the services again or the cost of having the services supplied again. The Participant acknowledges and agrees that reliance by SIA on this limitation of liability is fair and reasonable in all circumstances.
 
30. Formula One World Championship Limited and its related companies (“F1”) and the Event Organiser each are not responsible for or involved in the organisation, development, execution or results of this promotion. This promotion is organised exclusively by Singapore Airlines. Therefore, F1 and the Event Organiser each assume no responsibility for any aspect related to the dynamics of the promotion, including but not limited to, the selection of winners, the awarding of the prize, or any inconvenience that may arise during the promotion. Any queries, complaints or concerns regarding the promotion should be directed directly to Singapore Airlines, and not F1 or the Event Organiser. F1 and the Event Organiser, including any of their subsidiaries or affiliates, each waive any liability arising from the promotion and shall not be liable for any damage, injury or inconvenience that may arise in connection with the promotion.
 
31. Force Majeur
SIA accepts no liability for any delay or failure to perform our obligations in relation to the Promotion and under these terms and conditions if such a delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond SIA’s reasonable control.
 
32. Indemnity
The participants agree to indemnify, and keep indemnified, Singapore Airlines Limited, its officers, employees and agents (those indemnified) against all Loss suffered or incurred by those indemnified in connection with: (a) any breach of any obligation or warranty under the terms of the Promotion by the participants; (b) any willful misconduct by the participants; and/or (c) any negligent act or omission by the participants.
 
33. Copyright
All copyright in the Materials (including, without limitation, text, graphics, logos, icons, sound recordings and software) are owned by SIA in its individual capacity respectively and its licensors. Material procured from a third party may be the subject of copyright owned by that third party. Except as expressly authorised, and subject to the conditions prescribed under, the Copyright Act or except as expressly permitted by these terms and conditions or as is reasonably contemplated by, the normal use of the Service, the participants may not, in any form or by any means: (a) copy, adapt, reproduce, store, distribute, print, display, perform, publish, communicate to the public, make available to public or create derivative works of the whole or any part of the Materials; or (b) commercialise the whole or any part of the Materials, without the express written permission of the organisers or, in the case of third party material, from the owner of the copyright in that material.
 
34. Trademarks
Trademarks used on the Site are a trademark or registered trademark of Singapore Airlines Limited and. The participants must not use any of SIA’s trademarks: (a) in or as the whole or part of the participants’ own trademarks; (b) in connection with any business, products or services which are not SIA’s; (c) in a manner which may be confusing, misleading or deceptive to any person; or (d) in a manner that disparages SIA, the Materials, and/or the Site.
 
35. Public Statements
The participants must not release to the public any news release, advertising material, promotional material or any other form of publicity relating to the organisers without the prior written permission from SIA.
 
36. General Provisions 
If SIA waives, in whole or part, any rights available to them under these T&Cs on one occasion, this does not mean that those rights will automatically be waived on any other occasion. If any provision of terms and conditions is held to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal for any reason, it is to be read down to give it as much effect as possible, or if it is not capable of having any effect at all, it is to be severed from these T&Cs, in which case, the remainder of these T&Cs shall nevertheless continue in full force.
 
37. You hereby release Instagram from all and any actions, claims, rights, demands whether in this jurisdiction or any other, whether or not presently known to the parties or to the law, whether in law or equity, that you may have against Instagram arising out of or in connection with this Promotion. The participants hereby acknowledge that this Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram.
 
38. The ticket for the FORMULA 1 SINGAPORE AIRLINES SINGAPORE GRAND PRIX 2026 is not transferrable and cannot be resold. In the event it is sold or traded, the ticket will be revoked.
