Promotional Terms and Conditions of Singapore Airlines and PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk Campaign with KrisFlyer 800 Welcome Bonus Miles (“Terms and Conditions”)

1. These Terms and Conditions govern the Singapore Airlines and PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk Campaign with KrisFlyer 800 Welcome Bonus Miles (the “Promotion”) organised by Singapore Airlines Limited (“SIA”).

2. This Promotion will be carried out on Gojek homepage banner and will be directed to singaporeair.com during the promotional period commencing until 30 September 2025 ("Promotional Period").

3. Participation in this Promotion is limited to those who have successfully signed up for a KrisFlyer membership account at the registration link on singaporeair.com by entering the promocode “KFGOJEK” during the Promotional Period (each, a "Participant").

4. Eligible Participants will receive Welcome Bonus Miles Amount 800 KrisFlyer miles each ("Bonus Miles"), which will be credited into their KrisFlyer accounts within four (4) to six (6) weeks of signing up.

5. Any KrisFlyer membership sign-ups received outside of the Promotional Period will not be considered for this Promotion, and such Participants will not earn the Bonus Miles. Each Participant is only entitled to claim the Bonus Miles once in this Promotion.

6. The Bonus Miles will be valid for a period of three (3) years from the date on which it is credited into the Participant’s KrisFlyer account, following which they shall expire and no extensions will be permitted.

7. This Promotion cannot be combined with any other campaigns or promotions, including other KrisFlyer membership sign up bonus promotions.

8. Each individual is only permitted to hold one KrisFlyer membership account at any time, and any and all fraudulent or duplicate accounts, including the individual’s original KrisFlyer membership account, will be suspended and disqualified from the Promotion.

9. By participating in the Promotion, each Participant agrees to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions, SIA’s conditions of use of website, SIA's Privacy Policy, KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions, and KrisShop Terms and Conditions (collectively, "SIA Terms & Conditions"). Non-compliance with or breach of any of these SIA Terms and Conditions may result in the participant being disqualified at any stage of the Promotion, and any bonuses or prizes won may be forfeited, withheld, withdrawn or reclaimed.

10. By participating in the Promotion, each participant agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, contact number and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, "Processed") by SIA for the purposes of the Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of participant's personal data will be in accordance with SIA's Privacy Policy (available online at http://www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/privacy-policy/).

11. The use of KrisFlyer miles to redeem an air ticket is subject to seat availability at the time of reservation or ticket issuance, and must be used in accordance with the terms and conditions of the KrisFlyer programme, (at https://www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/ppsclub_krisflyer/termsconditions-kf/).

12. The use of KrisFlyer miles to redeem merchandise on https://www.krisshop.com/en/ is subject to stock availability at the time of purchase and must be used in accordance with the terms and conditions of the KrisFlyer programme, and the terms of use of the KrisShop website (at https://www.krisshop.com/en/page/terms).

13. The use of KrisFlyer miles to redeem hotel stays or car rentals on KrisFlyer vRooms (https://krisflyervrooms.com/shopping/terms) is subject to room/car availability at the time of booking and must be used in accordance with the terms and conditions of the KrisFlyer programme, and the terms of use of the KrisFlyer vRooms website (at https://krisflyervrooms.com/shopping/terms).

14. The use of KrisFlyer miles to redeem for shopping, dining, wellness services via the Kris+ mobile application must be used in accordance with the terms and conditions of the KrisFlyer programme, and Kris+ partners (at https://krisplus.com/).

15. All decisions made by SIA, in respect to any matter relating to this Promotion shall be final. SIA reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants, vary these terms and conditions, terminate or otherwise amend this Promotion without prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

16. To the extent permitted under applicable law, SIA will not be responsible or liable for any consequences that any participant may suffer (including without limitation any damage, loss, injury or disappointment) by entering the Promotion or the participant's acceptance of any prize.

17. Unless otherwise specified, SIA is not responsible for and will not bear any and all expenses and ancillary costs which may be incurred in the participation in the Promotion and/or with the use or redemption of the Bonus Miles.
