FORMULA 1 SINGAPORE AIRLINES SINGAPORE GRAND PRIX 2025 CONTEST

Terms and conditions

  1. This FORMULA 1 SINGAPORE AIRLINES SINGAPORE GRAND PRIX 2025 Contest ("Contest") is organised by Singapore Airlines Limited ("SIA").

  2. The Contest will be carried out by Singapore Airlines and entry is open to all Indian nationals who reside in India who have submitted a Qualifying Entry (as defined in Clause 4 below) from 21 July 2025 (0000 hrs India Standard Time) to 31 July 2025 (2359 hrs India Standard Time) ("Contest Period").

  3. To participate in the Contest and to stand a chance to win the prize ("Prize"), (as defined below), each participant must be a KrisFlyer member and must correctly answer the questions in the Contest Form, provided via a link in the Facebook post and e-Direct Mailer (“eDM”). All Qualifying Entries must be sent to SIA only via the Contest Form during the Contest Period. Any entries received after the end of the Contest Period are automatically disqualified.

  4. A Qualifying Entry shall fulfil the following conditions:
    1. the Participant must be a KrisFlyer member;
    2. the Participant must provide correct answers to the questions in the Contest Form; and
    3. the above mentioned Contest Form must be submitted within the Contest Period (as defined above).

  5. SIA will not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid, unsent or delayed, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

  6. Each Participant is only entitled to share only one (1) completed version of the Contest Form.

  7. One (1) winner ("Winner") will be chosen by SIA on 12 August 2025 and shall be determined based on the correct and most creative submission received via the Contest Form.

  8. The Winner will receive a Prize of three (3) exclusive FORMULA 1 SINGAPORE AIRLINES SINGAPORE GRAND PRIX 2025 Stamford Grandstand tickets:
    - Two (2) Stamford Grandstand tickets for 3 October 2025 (Practice race)
    - Two (2) Stamford Grandstand tickets for 4 October 2025 (Qualifier race)
    - Two (2) Stamford Grandstand tickets for 5 October 2025 (Final race day)

  9. SIA will notify the Winner by 12 August 2025 via an email sent to the Winner with information on how to claim the Prize.

  10. The Winner must fly to Singapore on Singapore Airlines and must present a valid Singapore Airlines e-ticket in order to claim the Prize.

  11. The name of the Winner will be posted on the SIA Facebook page (at the following link - www.facebook.com/singaporeair) on or after 19 August 2025, where legally permitted.

  12. Unless otherwise specified, SIA is not responsible for and will not bear any and all expenses and ancillary costs which may be incurred in the participation in the Contest and/or with the use or redemption of the Prize. This includes airline ticket costs, visa fees, hotel/stay costs, or any other ancillary costs incurred by the Winner in relation to this Contest.

  13. By participating in the Contest, each Participant represents and warrants that their Qualifying Entry consists only of their own original work, and does not infringe on the rights of any third party.

  14. By participating in the Contest, the Participant agrees to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions, SIA’s conditions of use of website, SIA’s Privacy Policy (collectively, "SIA Terms & Conditions"). Non-compliance with or breach of any of these SIA Terms and Conditions may result in the Participant being disqualified at any stage of the Contest, and any Prizes won may be forfeited, withheld, withdrawn or reclaimed.

  15. By participating in the Contest, each Participant agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including their name, mailing address, contact number and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, "Processed") by SIA for the purposes of the Contest and the Prize, including to communicate with the Winner on collection of their Prize. All collection, use and disclosure of each Participant’s personal data will be in accordance with SIA’s Privacy Policy (available online).

  16. All decisions made by SIA, in respect to any matter relating to this Contest, including the choice of Winner, shall be final. SIA reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions, terminate or otherwise amend this Contest without prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

  17. SIA reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants. The demise of a Participant automatically disqualifies his/her entry.

  18. Employees of SIA, Scoot, KrisShop, their immediate families, affiliates, subsidiaries, related agencies, principal sponsors and suppliers associated with this campaign are not eligible to participate in the Contest. Corporations and other artificial persons are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

  19. The Prize cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash and shall not be transferred to another individual. The ticket/s for the FORMULA 1 SINGAPORE AIRLINES SINGAPORE GRAND PRIX 2025 is not transferrable and cannot be resold. In the event it is sold or traded, the ticket will be revoked.   20. To the extent permitted under applicable law, SIA will not be responsible or liable for any consequences that any Participant may suffer (including without limitation any damage, loss, injury or disappointment) by entering the Contest or the Participant’s acceptance of any Prize.

  22. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
