Location of the Lounge
Incheon International Airport Passenger Terminal 1. After passing through Departure Gate No. 4, move towards Boarding Gate No. 29 and use the escalator across from the Korean Traditional Culture Center to get to the 4th floor, where the SilverKris Lounge is located.

Notice: Lounge Entry Policy & Legal Compliance
Service animals only to ensure the highest standards of food safety and hygiene, our lounge strictly adheres to the following South Korean regulations.
• Mandatory Access for Service Dogs: In accordance with Article 40 of the Act on Welfare of Persons with Disabilities, only task-trained assistance dogs with valid Ministry-issued tags are permitted.
• Restriction on Pets & ESAs: Under the March 2026 amendments to the Enforcement Rules of the Food Sanitation Act, pets are permitted only in facilities registered with specific structural partitions and ventilation systems. As our lounge is not a registered "Pet-Friendly" facility, entry of pets and Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) is legally restricted to maintain our food service license.
