• Mandatory Access for Service Dogs: In accordance with Article 40 of the Act on Welfare of Persons with Disabilities, only task-trained assistance dogs with valid Ministry-issued tags are permitted.
• Restriction on Pets & ESAs: Under the March 2026 amendments to the Enforcement Rules of the Food Sanitation Act, pets are permitted only in facilities registered with specific structural partitions and ventilation systems. As our lounge is not a registered "Pet-Friendly" facility, entry of pets and Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) is legally restricted to maintain our food service license.
