This dish features a poached egg atop seafood and vegetables. For this menu, we've added a mustard vinaigrette sauce and seasonal chestnuts to enhance its modern flair and seasonal appeal.

Tteokgalbi

This traditional royal court dish features Hanwoo beef marinated in aged soy sauce, sesame oil, and garlic, then grilled over charcoal for a deep and tender flavours. It is served with roasted matsutake mushrooms, garlic, shallots, as well as ginkgo, nutritious rice, seasoned deodeok, chwinamul (wild greens) salad, and dried radish kimchi soup.

Hong Si Mal Cha Cake

This special dessert combines the representative autumn fruit, persimmon, with luxurious matcha pudding. The sweet persimmon and slightly bitter matcha create a harmonious balance, offering a rich flavour. Topped with traditional mini yakgwa (honey cookies), it evokes a nostalgic taste of Korea.

This special dish adds a modern twist to traditional Korean desserts. Cream cheese wrapped in dried persimmons creates a harmonious blend of natural sweetness and creamy richness, making it an autumn dessert that seamlessly blends Western and Korean flavours.

Soft and nutty acorn jelly is topped with lightly blanched shrimp, offering the deep flavours of autumn and a delicate taste.

Commemorating 50 Years of Service

Singapore Airlines proudly celebrates 50 years of service to Korea. Since our inaugural flight from Gimpo International Airport on 19 August 1975, we have served as a cultural and economic bridge, connecting Korea with Singapore and the world.
