How to file an insurance claim
Visit www.aig.sg/personal-claims/travel-claim to file a claim and check the relevant supporting documents required for your claim.
For COVID-19 related claims, please prepare the following documents:
Medical Expenses Incurred Overseas & Emergency Medical Evacuation & Repatriation / Out-of-country COVID=19 Diagnosis Quarantine Allowance
- Original medical bills and receipts
- Doctor’s memo / medical report / inpatient discharge summary
Reimbursement of Travel Cancellation / Travel Postponement / Travel Curtailment
- Booking confirmation / original invoice
- Letter of refund
- Medical report / memo from the doctor advising the fitness to travel
- Proof of relationship to insured
