A membership for your child, more miles for the family
Earn the same miles, regardless of age
Once a child turns two, they will be eligible for a KrisFlyer account and to earn KrisFlyer miles when flying with Singapore Airlines, Scoot, or our partner airlines. A child earns the same number of miles as an adult travelling in the same booking class.
We automatically email a parent or guardian to request their consent when a child under the age of 16 signs up for KrisFlyer.
Share miles as a family
Link your child’s KrisFlyer account to yours in just two easy steps.
1. Set up Parental Link
Log in to your child’s KrisFlyer account and turn on Parental Link via the personal details page. If you are the listed parent or guardian, an invitation to link accounts will be emailed to you.
2. Transfer miles
When you have accepted the invitation and successfully linked accounts, both accounts will be linked until your child turns 16. Once linked, you can transfer up to 50,000 KrisFlyer miles* every calendar year from your child’s KrisFlyer account to yours via Miles > Transfer miles.**
Please note that you will not be able to transfer miles from your account to your child’s account.
*For every 5,000 KrisFlyer miles (or part thereof) transferred, you will be charged a fee of USD 5 or 500 miles. View full terms and conditions.

- At least one mileage accrual from a flight within the last 36 months.
- No miles accrued from credit card transfers or co-brand card spend in the last 36 months.
