Redeem miles for award tickets
Taking an award flight depends on the number of miles you have and how flexible your travel schedule is.
KrisFlyer members may choose to redeem their miles for award tickets.
A Saver award requires fewer KrisFlyer miles. However, it’s very popular and availability may be limited. Early planning and flexibility in travel dates and times may be required.
An Advantage award requires more miles. However, it offers a choice of more seats on all flights and two complimentary stopovers* per round-trip ticket.
You may also use your miles to redeem award tickets with Star Alliance airlines as well as our partner airlines.
Access gives you an added option to use your miles to pay and secure confirmed Singapore Airlines flight tickets immediately, as long as there are available seats
The number of miles required for seat confirmation will differ based on the demand for seats and may vary throughout the year.
With Access, you will be able to use your miles to secure available seats on your preferred flights even if award seats are fully redeemed.

*A stopover refers to a stop of 24 hours or more in between two flights.
Complimentary stopovers up to 30 days may be added on singaporeair.com on eligible award redemption ticket types.
Round-trip award tickets are available at twice the number of KrisFlyer miles as one-way award tickets. All taxes, charges, and fees are applicable and payable by credit/debit card.
Please note that a child (who must be at least two years old and under 12 years old on the date of your flight) requires the same number of KrisFlyer miles for Saver and Advantage award as well as Access redemption bookings.
A flight ticket for an infant (who must be between seven days and two years old on the date of the flight) must be purchased with cash. KrisFlyer miles cannot be used to redeem a ticket for an infant. Please contact KrisFlyer Membership Services for assistance.

For redemption of upgrades from Economy to Premium Economy Class or Business Class, only tickets purchased in Economy Standard (M, H or W booking classes) and Economy Flexi (Y, B or E booking classes ) on flights operated by Singapore Airlines are eligible.
Upgrades from Economy Class to Business Class for flights with a Premium Economy Class cabin are available with effect from 3 January 2019.
Codeshare flights are not eligible for upgrades.
Premium Economy Lite and Business Lite fares will not be eligible for redemption upgrades. For most fare types across all cabin classes, the number of KrisFlyer miles required for redemption upgrades remains the same.

Pick up to five people as your redemption nominees, and use your KrisFlyer miles so they can enjoy award tickets and flight upgrades too.
Anyone can be your redemption nominee – your family, friends, colleagues or neighbours. However, once you add someone, you can’t change them for six months. While adding names is free, deleting them will cost you miles or money.
