• This promotion is valid for new tailor-made holiday bookings made with Scott Dunn Singapore’s office between 1 November and 30 November 2026 (inclusive).
• New to Scott Dunn guests who book a holiday within this period will receive an additional 5,000 KrisFlyer miles per confirmed booking.
• Each booking is entitled to one bonus allocation of 5,000 KrisFlyer miles, regardless of the number of travellers on the booking.
• Only tailor-made itinerary bookings are eligible for miles; flight/hotel-only bookings do not apply.
• Bookings must be made directly with Scott Dunn’s Singapore office to qualify.
• The bonus miles are awarded post-travel, based on completed and paid bookings, to ensure miles are credited accurately.
• Cancellations or modifications that result in the trip not being taken will render the guest ineligible for the bonus miles.
• KrisFlyer miles are awarded solely to the main booker, or party leader, responsible for the payment and/or of the itinerary, not to individual travellers within the same booking.
• All bookings must be made directly with Scott Dunn Singapore’s office and are subject to verification.

1. General

1.1 By participating in the Offer, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1.2 This Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or special offers. Miles cannot be earned on discounted rentals.

2. Eligibility

2.1 This Offer is available only for KrisFlyer members.

2.2 To benefit from this Offer, you must book your car rental via the dedicated KrisFlyer and Europcar landing page: https://www.europcar.com/en-us/p/europcar-partner/krisflyer

2.3 You must present a valid KrisFlyer membership card (digital or physical) in the name of the Member making the booking at the Europcar station when picking up the rented vehicle. 

2.4 The same Member cannot earn benefits for more than one rental at any given time, and only one rental can be recorded within the scope of this Offer

3. Promotional Period and Pick-up Period

3.1 This Offer is valid for rental bookings made between November 1, 2026, and December 1, 2026 (both dates inclusive) (the “Promotional Period”), and pick-up between November 1, 2026, and March 31, 2027, unless otherwise extended or modified at Europcar’s own and entire discretion.

4. Offer Details

4.1 As a KrisFlyer member, you can earn a baseline of 500 Miles for every eligible booking, which will be triple (3X Miles) for qualifying rentals of 2 consecutive days or more consecutive days.

4.2 This Offer applies to all vehicle categories and replaces any existing tier-based bonuses for the duration of the Promotional Period.

4.3 This Offer is valid for bookings made during the Promotional Period only. 

4.4 Miles should be credited to the member’s account within 6 to 8 weeks after the completion of the car rental.

4.5 Miles earned through this Offer are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

4.6 Only the KrisFlyer member renting the car can earn Miles.

4.7 This Offer is not available for car rental bookings made in the USA, Canada, Japan, and China. 

4.8 This Offer is applicable for rentals with a maximum duration of 21 days. Rentals exceeding 21 days will not be eligible for the promotional multipliers.

4.9 The up to 15% discount applies exclusively to bookings made via the dedicated KrisFlyer and Europcar landing page (https://www.europcar.com/en-us/p/europcar-partner/krisflyer) and is subject to vehicle availability at selected participating destinations.

5. Assistance 

5.1 In the event of any required assistance with the car rental, members must liaise with Europcar Station from which the car was rented and show their rental receipt.

   - This offer is not eligible for Strive classes paid through third parties, such as country clubs.
3. KrisFlyer miles credited for Strive Education packages will be reversed if the program is cancelled or refund is requested due to any reason before the service end date. 
4. Strive Education reserves the right of the final decision in all matters relating to this promotion.
5. Non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash or other services.
   - Only one family member is eligible to earn the KrisFlyer miles earned for each student. The member can be the student, or a parent or guardian. Miles cannot be pooled or split.
   - In the event that the winner of a Strive event that awards KrisFlyer miles does not have a family member who is a member of KrisFlyer, miles will be forfeited.
