A delectable selection on every flight
On your flight, choose between 2 main courses that may include local, Western, or regionally-inspired dishes on your flight. With over 40 newly-created dishes, including our comforting congee and gravy-rich mee siam, you can savour delightful new main courses even if you fly to the same destination multiple times a year.
You can also expect a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages on board, including wine, cocktails, beer, soft drinks, fruit juices, coffee and a range of teas.
Our enhanced regional menu, served in sustainable tableware, will be available on board short-haul flights from 1 December 2020 onwards.
*As we rotate our menu options regularly, your flight may offer different dishes. To find out what we are serving on board your flight, check your inflight menu. Digital menu is only available for Singapore Airlines flights.
Better for your food, better for the earth
Environmentally friendly, responsibly sourced
Your meal features sustainable paperware that has been certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC), and accompanied with bamboo cutlery. The FSC certification guarantees that it is sourced in a sustainable and environmentally responsible manner. Apart from replacing single-use plastics, our paperware also weighs 50% less, which will lower the fuel consumption of your flight. Another step in making our service on board more sustainable.
Soupy and so very comforting
We have swapped the traditional casserole for a paper box that holds the same quantity of food, but is much deeper. That way, our chefs can introduce a greater variety of dishes to the menu, everything from soups to congee.
Served just the way it should be
Apart from being eco-friendly, our paperboard tableware is also oven-safe and designed to retain heat. That means we can reheat your food perfectly and keep the heat in for longer. So no matter where you are seated, your meal will still be hot and delicious.
Fuel in more ways than one
While the food on your meal tray fuels you, what is left behind after your meal is turned into a different kind of fuel. Everything from the paper tableware to uneaten food scraps will be sent to an eco-digester at SATS in Singapore, which can be converted into refuse-derived fuel (RDF), a source of energy that can replace fossil fuel and coal. As a result, this generates 60% less waste than before.
