1. This promotion (“Promotion”) is organised by Singapore Airlines Limited (“SIA”) and entry is open to new HighFlyer registered customers, in New Zealand (“Participants”).
2. Capitalised terms used but not defined in these terms and conditions shall have the meanings given to them in the HighFlyer Terms and Conditions found at https://www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/global_footer/highflyer/ (“HighFlyer Online Terms”).
3. To participate in the Promotion, Participants must apply for and be successfully enrolled as a new member in the Singapore Airlines HighFlyer Programme between 09 March 2026 to 27 March 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
4. HighFlyer membership applications must be made online utilising the following URL link here.
5. Each Participant must be a bona fide business entity and officially registered with the national business or company registry in New Zealand and be able to show such proof of registration upon request.
6. Multiple enrolments by a single business in the same country at any point in time are not allowed.
7. On successful enrolment, the first 15 verified Participants shall receive 50,000 HighFlyer bonus points (“Bonus Points”), which shall be credited to the Participant’s HighFlyer account. All Bonus Points credited under this Promotion will be considered HighFlyer points under the HighFlyer Online Terms and shall be governed by the HighFlyer Online Terms. For the avoidance of doubt, HighFlyer membership applications which are (a) rejected by SIA, or (b) not accepted by SIA within the Promotion Period, shall not qualify for the Bonus Points.
8. This Promotion cannot be combined with any other campaigns or promotions.
9. Bonus Points earned under this Promotion may take up to 6 weeks to be credited into the Participant’s HighFlyer account after successful enrolment. In the event that the Bonus Points are not credited to the Participant’s HighFlyer account, the Participant may submit a retroactive claim request by emailing SQNZ_Reply@singaporeair.com.sg within 3 months from the completion of successful enrolment. Where no claim is submitted within this period, SIA shall have no further liability to the Participant for any uncredited Bonus Points and late claims will not be considered.
10. By participating in the Promotion, each Participant agrees to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions, SIA’s conditions of use of website, SIA’s Privacy Policy, and the HighFlyer Online Terms (collectively, “SIA Terms & Conditions”). Non-compliance with or breach of any of these SIA Terms & Conditions may result in the Participant being disqualified from participating in the Promotion, and any Bonus Points awarded may be forfeited, withheld, or withdrawn.
11. All decisions made by SIA in respect to any matter relating to this Promotion shall be final. SIA reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions, terminate or otherwise amend this Promotion (including any amendments to the Promotion Period) without prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.
12. To the extent permitted under applicable law, SIA will not be responsible or liable for any consequences that any Participant may suffer (including without limitation any damage, loss or injury) by participating in the Promotion.
13. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
14. The maximum number of new HighFlyer registration bonus points awarded throughout the campaign period is capped at the first 15 registered businesses, at which point the promotion will cease and no further bonus HighFlyer points will be awarded.
