1. The promo is open to all Mastercard® Debit and Credit Cards issued in the Philippines.
2. The promo is also open to Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer and PPS Club members and are eligible for the promotional offers and additional perks if payment is made using Mastercard® branded debit and credit cards.

5. To enjoy the promotional offers and exciting perks, customers may book tickets using a Mastercard® Debit and Credit Card through singaporeair.com and the SingaporeAir mobile app using promo code SQMC26, or via SIA reservations hotline at +632 7908 4790 for Manila or via the toll-free number 1800 1888 4588 for Cebu.
6. Offer is valid only for SIA-operated flights in Premium Economy Class, Business Class, First Class and Suites tickets booked to SIA destinations in Southwest Pacific, Europe, or the United States of America (USA), with travel from 5 March 2026 – 30 September 2026 departing from the Philippines, made through singaporeair.com and the SingaporeAir mobile app, SIA reservations hotline at +632 7908 4790 for Manila or via the toll-free number 1800 1888 4588 for Cebu. Codeshare flights and SIA-operated flights issued by a different airline are not included.
7. To be eligible for the offer, simply use a Mastercard® Debit and Credit Card and meet the following eligible requirements on Singapore Airlines (SIA) tickets, originating from the Philippines.
8. Customers who meet the eligible ticket requirement in a single eligible transaction during the promo period and provide a valid booking reference number (PNR) and all associated ticket numbers will receive KrisShop e‑Vouchers. 
9. For avoidance of doubt, each eligible customer will receive one (1) SGD50 KrisShop e-Voucher for every eligible Premium Economy Class ticket, or one (1) SGD100 KrisShop e-Voucher for every eligible Business Class, First Class or Suites ticket, issued under the same booking reference, for bookings made from 5 March 2026 to 25 March 2026 with travel to selected destinations in Southwest Pacific, Europe, or the United States of America completed by 30 September 2026. Each Singapore Airlines booking reference has a maximum of nine (9) passengers. As such, the e-Vouchers are capped at a maximum of nine (9) e-Vouchers per booking reference (i.e. up to SGD450 for Premium Economy Class tickets, or up to SGD900 for Business Class, First Class, or Suites tickets).
10. SIA tickets originating from Manila and Cebu will be via Singapore Airlines flights, while Clark, Iloilo, and Davao will be via Scoot flights connecting to a Singapore Airlines flight beyond Singapore. 
11. Free of charge / redemption / mix miles+cash / rebated / industry discounted tickets are not eligible for this promotion.
12. How to claim the KrisShop e-Voucher:
    • After purchase, eligible customers must register here and provide the following information:
      • Title: Mr./Ms./Mrs
      • First Name
      • Last Name
      • Email address
      • KrisFlyer Membership Number
      • SQ Booking Reference Number
      • Travel Dates on Flight Booking
      • Travel Destination
      • Cabin Class
      • No. of Passengers travelling
    • Registration is open from 5 March 2026 until 24 May 2026 only. 
    • After registration, eligible customers who have provided their complete details will receive the KrisShop e-Vouchers via email associated with their KrisFlyer membership account within 30 business days or until 23 June 2026 at the latest.
    • A valid KrisFlyer membership number is required to register for and receive the KrisShop e‑Vouchers under this promotion. Customers who do not have an existing KrisFlyer account may first sign up for a complimentary KrisFlyer membership at www.krisflyer.com and use their newly issued KrisFlyer membership number in the registration form.
    • Only customers who are listed as passengers under the eligible Singapore Airlines booking reference number may register for and redeem the KrisShop e‑Vouchers.
    • In the event of any technical issues, system errors, or difficulties in submitting the registration form that are beyond SIA’s control, participants may contact PH_Marketing@singaporeair.com.sg for assistance.
13. KrisShop e-Vouchers will be valid until 28 February 2027 and can be redeemed inflight or at KrisShop.com. More information on KrisShop e-Voucher redemption can be found on https://www.krisshop.com/en/page/Vouchers. KrisShop terms and conditions apply.
14. KrisShop e-Vouchers are transferable but not convertible to cash, non-exchangeable and are non-refundable. Change will not be given for transactions less than the face value of the e-Vouchers. Customers may settle using Mastercard® for any excess amount. Lost KrisShop e-Vouchers will not be replaced.
15. KrisShop e-Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount and promotions. Other terms and conditions of the KrisShop e-Vouchers apply.
16. Booking service fees, fare conditions and other terms and conditions shall apply.
17. By joining this Promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to the mechanics of the Promo including, but not limited to these terms and conditions.
