About the Speaker

Singapore Airlines ("SIA") is pleased to offer eligible PPS Club members an opportunity to participate in a dinner event – "Eat Well, Think Well" (the "Experience") on the terms and conditions herein. By submitting the registration form for the Experience, eligible PPS Club members agree to the terms and conditions herein. The Experience is complimentary for all Participants (defined below).

Each eligible PPS Club member may register to participate in the Experience together with up to one (1) guest.  

 

The number of Participants for the Experience is subject to the maximum capacity of the venue, save that such number shall always be subject to any capacity requirements prescribed by any prevailing and applicable safe management measures ("SMM") as may be communicated by the relevant authorities in Singapore and/or SIA.

Participants will enjoy an exclusive dinner (curated 4-course menu) prepared by Conrad Singapore Orchard.

  1. Eligible PPS Club members who wish to participate in the Experience are invited to indicate their interest via this link
  2. To be eligible to participate in the Experience, a PPS Club member must be a direct recipient of the electronic mailer sent by SIA titled "Eat Well, Think Well". The Experience is non-transferable. SIA reserves the right to reject any registration for the Experience if the eligibility conditions set out in this clause are not met. 
  3. Registrations for the Experience will be on a first-come, first-served basis and will be closed one week prior to the date of the Experience, or when it is fully subscribed, whichever is earlier.
  4. Successfully registered PPS Club members will receive a confirmation email. Successfully registered PPS Club members and their guests (as applicable) shall be referred to as "Participants", and may attend the Experience. A successfully registered PPS Club member shall present their digital PPS Club membership card (accessible via the SingaporeAir Mobile application) or physical PPS Club membership card to the registration staff as proof of entry for the Experience for the successfully registered PPS Club member and their guest. Successfully registered PPS Club members shall procure and ensure their guest's agreement to and compliance with these terms and conditions (as applicable).
  5. Successfully registered PPS Club members shall ensure that their guests who are below eighteen (18) years of age shall not consume any alcoholic drinks during the Experience.
  6. Participants shall comply with the dress code set out in Clause 1 above.
  7. Participants agree to comply with and adhere to all prevailing and applicable requirements, including any SMM as may be communicated by the relevant authorities and/or SIA when attending the Experience.
  8. In the event that a Participant has tested positive for COVID-19, such Participant shall not attend the Experience. If such Participant is a successfully registered PPS Club member, his/her guest shall not be permitted to attend the Experience.
  9. In the event that a Participant is unable to attend the Experience due to testing positive for COVID-19 or any other reason, SIA shall not be liable to such Participant, and is not obliged to reschedule the Experience or otherwise provide a replacement for the benefit of such Participant.
  10. While SIA shall take the necessary steps and precautions in accordance with prevailing SMM, Participants acknowledge that they are attending the Experience at their own risk. SIA is not liable to Participants in the event that any of the Participants tests positive for COVID-19 following the Experience.
  11. Eligible PPS Club members shall declare their dietary restrictions and/or allergies, as well as those of their guests (as applicable), to SIA when registering for the Experience. However, SIA cannot guarantee that SIA and/or Conrad Singapore Orchard will be able to accommodate all dietary restrictions and/or allergies. SIA shall not be responsible or liable for any medical claims, reimbursement of expenses, losses or damages suffered or incurred by Participants in connection with the food and beverages served during the Experience. 
  12. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SIA, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and all of its respective agents, servants, contractors, directors and employees shall not be liable to eligible PPS club members and/or Participants for any consequences that eligible PPS club members and/or Participants may suffer (including without limitation any disappointment, loss, damage, death, injury, disability, special, indirect and consequential losses and any loss or damage to property or person), or that result in an infringement of any law or regulation, from any cause in connection with the Experience and related activities.
  13. In the event that the Experience cannot proceed at the specified date, time or venue due to unforeseen circumstances, including circumstances arising from or related to COVID-19, SIA reserves the right to amend the Experience details and/or reschedule the Experience at its sole discretion.
  14. Unless otherwise specified, SIA will not be responsible for and will not bear any and all expenses and ancillary costs which may be incurred by eligible PPS Club member(s) and/or Participant(s) in connection with the Experience.
  15. SIA will not be liable or responsible for any separate experiences and/or promotions, including any disputes that may arise in relation to the same, that may be offered by Conrad Singapore Orchard during the Experience.
  16. To the fullest extent permitted by law, eligible PPS Club members and/or Participants shall indemnify and hold harmless SIA, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and all of its respective directors, employees, servants, agents and contractors (the "Indemnified Parties") from and against all actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs and expenses of whatever nature arising out of, in connection with, or due to Participants’ participation in the Experience, the use of any information or material supplied by eligible PPS Club members and/or Participants to the Indemnified Parties, Participants’ withdrawal from the Experience for any reason, and/or any act or omission of eligible PPS Club members and/or Participants.
  17. The Conditions of use for the websitePrivacy PolicyCookie Policy, and PPS Club/KrisFlyer terms and conditions shall apply and by submitting the registration form for the Experience, each eligible PPS Club member agrees to all of the foregoing terms.
  18. SIA may capture photographs, audio, video, and other recordings ("Recordings") of Participants during the Experience. By registering for and/or participating in the Experience, eligible PPS Club members and/or Participants consent to the collection, use, disclosure, and other processing (collectively, "Process" or "Processing") of such Recordings for commercial and/or publicity purposes across all media, including but not limited to SIA's publications and websites. Eligible PPS Club members and/or Participants may withdraw their consent to Processing of Recordings of them or their child by contacting PPS Club Events team at PPSClub_Events@singaporeair.com.sg or informing a member of SIA’s staff at the Experience. Such consent by eligible PPS Club members and/or Participants also constitutes agreement that the Recordings in their original or edited format may be Processed as described above without further notification, remuneration or compensation, and that copyright and all other intellectual property rights in and to all Recordings shall vest solely and absolutely in SIA. 
  19. By registering for and/or participating in the Experience, eligible PPS Club members and/or Participants consent that SIA may Process their personal data for the purposes of the Experience as detailed in these terms and conditions and in accordance with the SIA Privacy Policy. If an eligible PPS Club member or Participant provides SIA with any personal data relating to a third party (e.g., an intended guest), by submitting such information to SIA, the eligible PPS Club member or Participant warrants and represents to SIA that the eligible PPS Club member or Participant has obtained the consent of such third party to the eligible PPS Club member or Participant providing SIA with their personal data, and for the Processing of their personal data for the relevant purposes set out herein, as well as all purposes set out in the SIA Privacy Policy and by or for the benefit of the persons referenced in the same. Where such third party is a child, the eligible PPS Club member or Participant also undertakes that a parent or guardian of that participating child has been notified of and consents to such Processing and provision of personal data on behalf of the child. 
  20. SIA reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions and/or terminate the Experience without prior notice and without liability to any eligible PPS Club member and/or Participant.
  21. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochures, marketing or promotional materials relating to the Experience, these terms and conditions shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.
  22. A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 of Singapore to enforce any of these terms and conditions.
  23. These terms and conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
