Singapore Airlines – 50% Bonus Miles Promotion on PoCh Campaign 25/26 (New Year Deal)

Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion (“Promotion”) is organised by Singapore Airlines Limited (“SIA”) and shall apply to all KrisFlyer members (“Participants”). 

2. Capitalised terms used but not defined in these terms and conditions shall have the meanings given to them in the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions (found at https://www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/ppsclub_krisflyer/termsconditions-kf/) (“Online Terms”).

3. To participate in the Promotion, Participants must:

a) Make an Eligible Transaction (as defined in clause 4 below) between 30 December 2025 to 13 January 2026 (“Promotion Period”); and

b) Use the air travel tickets purchased in the Eligible Transaction to complete the associated air travel (“Eligible Flight”), which must depart by 31 December 2026..   

4. An “Eligible Transaction” refers to the purchase of air travel tickets on flights that are both marketed and operated by SIA, which satisfy the following criteria:

a) The tickets are booked on -618 (SIA) ticket stock;

b) The tickets involve itineraries for return or multicity travel to Singapore, Southeast Asia or Southwest Pacific, which originate in and return to SIA’s European points (i.e., Amsterdam, Barcelona, Brussels, Copenhagen, Frankfurt, Istanbul, London Gatwick, London Heathrow, Manchester, Milan, Munich, Paris, Rome, or Zurich);

c) The departure date of travel on the tickets falls between 1 January 2026 and 31 December 2026 (inclusive of both dates); and

d) The tickets are not First, Business, or Economy Class redemption bookings made with KrisFlyer miles.

5. Participants who make an Eligible Transaction during the Promotion Period and complete the Eligible Flight by 31 December 2026 shall be entitled to an additional award of bonus KrisFlyer miles (“Bonus Miles”) on the Eligible Flight, in addition to any KrisFlyer miles the Participant is entitled to earn in respect of the Eligible Flight in accordance with the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions (found at https://www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/sg/ppsclub-krisflyer/termsconditions-kf/ ) (“KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions”) (“Earned Miles”).

6. Bonus Miles awarded are calculated as 50% of the total number of Earned Miles in respect of an Eligible Flight. Bonus Miles will only be awarded on flights that are both marketed and operated by SIA.

7. Earned Miles and Bonus Miles are not eligible for tier qualification and may only be credited into KrisFlyer members’ own membership account after the travel is completed.

8. The Bonus Miles will be valid for a period of three years from the date on which they are credited into the Participant’s KrisFlyer account, following which they shall expire, and no extensions will be permitted.

9. This Promotion cannot be combined with any other campaigns or promotion.

10. SIA reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants. The demise of a Participant automatically disqualifies his/her participation.

11. Each individual is only permitted to hold one KrisFlyer membership account at any time, and any and all fraudulent or duplicate accounts, including the individual’s original KrisFlyer membership account, may be suspended and disqualified from the Promotion.

12. Bonus Miles earned under this Promotion may take up to four weeks to be credited into the Participant’s KrisFlyer account after the relevant travel is completed. In the event that the Bonus Miles are not credited to the Participant’s KrisFlyer account, the Participant may submit a retroactive claim request by logging into their KrisFlyer account and completing the form under the “Make a claim” section within 6 months from the completion of the relevant flight. Where no claim is submitted within this period, SIA shall have no further liability to the Participant for any uncredited Bonus Miles and late claims will not be considered.

13. By participating in the Promotion, each Participant agrees to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions, SIA’s conditions of use of website (found at https://www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/au/global_footer/conditions-of-use-website/), SIA’s Privacy Policy (found at https://www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/au/global_footer/privacy-policy/), and the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions (collectively, “SIA Terms & Conditions”). Non-compliance with or breach of any of these SIA Terms & Conditions may result in the Participant being disqualified from participating in the Promotion, and any Bonus Miles awarded may be forfeited, withheld, or withdrawn. 

14. By participating in the Promotion, each Participant consents that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, email address and contact number) or otherwise makes available to SIA may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed by SIA and its authorised service providers for the purposes indicated in SIA's Privacy Policy and for administrating this Promotion.

15. All decisions made by SIA in respect to any matter relating to this Promotion shall be final. SIA reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions, terminate or otherwise amend this Promotion (including any amendments to the eligible flight sectors, and Promotion Period) without prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion. 

16. To the extent permitted under applicable law, SIA will not be responsible or liable for any consequences that any Participant may suffer (including without limitation any damage, loss or injury) by participating in the Promotion, except to the extent that any such consequences, damage, loss or injury are caused or contributed to by SIA. 

17. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
