- This lucky draw (“Lucky Draw”) is only open to all PPS Club and KrisFlyer members who reside in ROC territory (including foreigners currently residing in ROC territory) aged 18 years or above at the date of entry into the Lucky Draw, and who have purchased a Singapore Airlines (“SIA”) ticket via singaporeair.com and the SingaporeAir mobile App between 1 June, 0000hrs to 30 June, 2359hrs (GMT+8), and for travel from Taiwan to any destinations operated by Singapore Airlines. The travel period must be between 1 January 2027 and 31 January 2027.
- Only adult tickets paid in full amount by Mastercard with serial numbers beginning with the numbers 618 and issued by SIA are eligible to be used for participation in the Lucky Draw. A minimum of two passengers is required per booking and per transaction. Free-Of-Charge tickets, group tickets, redemption tickets, and interline discounts are not eligible. Only one submission is permitted per valid adult ticket. Infant and child tickets are not eligible for the Lucky Draw.
- To be eligible for this Lucky Draw, customers must register via the online form to participate in the Lucky Draw after purchasing eligible tickets. This application entry form will be available until 30 June 2026, 2359hrs (GMT+8) and submissions via other channels and any late applications will not be accepted.
- The Lucky Draw will be conducted by 5 July 2026. Staff from Singapore Airlines will contact winners via the email as submitted in the lucky draw form by 10 July 2026. SIA reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants. The demise of a Participant automatically disqualifies his/her entry. All decisions by SIA, in respect of the choice of winners are final without notice.
- A total of three (3) prize winners will be selected by SIA or an SIA representative as prize winners of the Lucky Draw. The winners will each receive a pair of CAT 1 tickets to Jay Chou’s “Carnival II” World Tour 2027 in Singapore on 8 January 2027. Please note that seat selection will not be available. SIA will send the digital concert tickets via email at least 2 weeks before the concert date. If, at any time, the ticket becomes ineligible for this campaign, the winner will be disqualified. No further draw will be conducted to select an alternate winner. Please click here to view admission policy to the concert.
- The prize winner must return the signed prize acceptance letter, together with a copy of National ID Card/ARC and passport and complete any tax payment required by law by 20 December 2026. If the winner fails to redeem the prize by 20 December 2026, the winner will be disqualified. No further draw will be conducted to select an alternate winner. In accordance with Article 2, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 7 of the “Standards of Withholding Rates for Various Income”, ROC citizens are required to pay a 10% tax on gifts received. If the tax amount does not exceed TWD 2,000, no tax payment is required; however, individuals must still file a report.
- Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The winner must not sell or otherwise deal with any benefits connected with the Lucky Draw and not abuse or misuse any benefits.
- Any collection, use and disclosure of participants’ personal data will be strictly in accordance with SIA’s Privacy Policy. Participation in this Lucky Draw is bound by the Terms and Conditions of this Lucky Draw, SIA’s conditions of use of website and SIA’s Privacy Policy.
- The participant confirms that he/she has truthfully completed all the mandatory fields for registration. SIA reserves the right to disqualify any incomplete, incorrect, improper or late entry. By registering and participating in the Lucky Draw, the participant consents to the collection, use, and disclosure of his/her particulars associated with the Lucky Draw by SIA for administrative and verification purposes, including for SIA to contact prize winner.
- Participants are advised to obtain independent legal advice at their own expense before participating in the Lucky Draw. SIA will not be responsible for any consequences that any Participant may suffer (including without limitation any damage, loss, injury or disappointment), or that results in an infringement of any law or regulation, by entering the Lucky Draw or the Participant’s acceptance of any prize. Singapore Airlines shall have no liability and no obligation to provide any compensation for any loss arising out of or in connection with the inability to use the Prize resulting from actual flight operational reasons.
- Employees of SIA and their immediate families, affiliates, subsidiaries, related agencies, principal sponsors and suppliers associated with this campaign are not eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw. Other legal entities are also ineligible to participate in the Lucky Draw.
- Singapore Airlines reserve the right to amend or withdraw the fares, promotions and fare conditions without advance notice. In the event of a dispute, the decisions of Singapore Airlines shall be final.

- For verification purposes, you may need to present your credit card used to purchase the ticket upon check in, in order to complete the check-in process. Passengers need to make their own arrangements to obtain other travel documents.
