For flights between Manila and Kochi, the weight concept applies. In Economy Class, checked baggage allowances are 25kg for Lite and Value fares, and 30kg for Standard and Flexi fares. In Business Class, the checked baggage allowance is 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class customers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class customers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your final baggage allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Manila to Kochi once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class members must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase paid plans. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On the Manila–Singapore and Singapore–Kochi sectors, Economy Class seats typically offer a 32-inch pitch with up to 19-inch seat width, providing good comfort for regional flights. The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Manila but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

Singapore Changi Airport offers many ways to relax and explore during your layover, including indoor gardens, themed zones, quiet rest areas, and family-friendly play spaces. Shorter connections are easy and comfortable to manage airside, with clear signage, shower facilities, and a wide range of dining options.

If you have a longer layover of at least 5.5 to 6 hours, you may be able to join an official transit tour of Singapore, subject to operating hours and eligibility, giving you a snapshot of the city before returning to the airport. Airport hotels and snooze zones are convenient if you prefer to rest between flights.
