For flights between Milan and Cebu, the weight concept applies. For checked baggage on all sectors, Economy Class guests may check 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Premium Economy Class guests may check 35kg, and Business Class guests may check 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class guests may bring 1 piece up to 7kg. Business Class guests may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your exact baggage allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines services from Milan to Cebu once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. Eligible customers may be able to use facilities such as the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or KrisFlyer Gold Lounge at Singapore Changi Airport, depending on cabin class and membership status.

Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Milan but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

Singapore Changi Airport offers extensive facilities so you can relax between your Milan and Cebu flights. For longer layovers, you may join the official free Changi Airport city tour if your available transit time meets the minimum requirement of around 5.5 to 6 hours, allowing you to see highlights of Singapore without handling your checked baggage.
