Throughout your journey you can enjoy a selection of hot and cold drinks, including juices and soft drinks. A range of wines and spirits is also available, and our signature Singapore Sling is served on board.

For flights between Milan and Jakarta, our weight-concept baggage policy applies. For checked baggage, Economy Class customers may check 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Premium Economy Class customers may check 35kg, and Business Class customers may check 40kg. First Class customers on the Singapore to Jakarta sector may check 50kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg. Business Class and First Class customers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your exact allowance will be shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on our Milan to Singapore and Singapore to Jakarta flights once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class members should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Your eligibility is based on your class of travel or your KrisFlyer and Star Alliance status, and it is determined by your flight leaving Singapore. Other options, like purchasing a day pass at a pay-per-use lounge, are also available.

With a layover at Singapore Changi Airport, you can enjoy lush indoor gardens, themed rest areas, and multiple terminals filled with dining and shopping options. For longer layovers, you can join one of the airport's official city tours, which generally require at least 5.5 to 6 hours of transit time.
