About Tea Master Mr Lim Tian Peng, Founder of Pryce Tea
Pryce Tea traces its origins to the family-owned tea brand founded in Singapore more than 100 years ago. Founder Lim Tian Peng comes from a family of multi-generational tea connoisseurs. Founded in 1918 by Lim’s great-grandmother, Lim Lam Thye started as a humble provision shop before it evolved to become a supplier of teas to Chinese restaurants. Only much later did the Lims venture into manufacturing their own teas. During Mr Lim Tian Peng’s time as the fourth-generation owner, he saw the opportunity for a “modern” premium tea brand and founded Pryce Tea in 2012. Driven by the vision of attracting a new generation of tea drinkers, Lim creates unique blends using unexpected ingredients while balancing tradition and innovation.
Singapore Airlines (“SIA”) is pleased to offer eligible PPS Club members an opportunity to participate in a dinner event – "Botanical Harmony: Tea Soirée" (the “Experience”) on the terms and conditions herein. By submitting the registration form for the Experience, eligible PPS Club members agree to the terms and conditions herein. The Experience is complimentary for all Participants (defined below).

Each eligible PPS Club member is allowed to participate in the Experience together with up to one (1) guest. |

Experience Details: |
Participants will enjoy a tea pairing dinner (a tea-infused 4-course menu with a specific tea pairing for each course) prepared by Conrad Singapore Orchard and Pryce Tea. |
- PPS Club members who wish to participate in the Experience are invited to indicate their interest via the link provided.
- Registrations for the Experience will be on a first-come, first-served basis and will be closed one week prior to the respective event date or when it is fully subscribed, whichever is earlier.
- Successfully registered PPS Club members will receive a confirmation email.
- All participants of the Experience are to adhere to any prevailing and applicable SMM as may be communicated by the relevant authorities in Singapore and/or SIA. Participants agree to comply and adhere to all relevant requirements pursuant to such SMM by attending the Experience.
- Participants who are children whose height are 0.9m and above would need their own ticket for admission.
- Proof of age will be required at the point of admission if the film is rated R21, M18 or NC16. Golden Village reserves the right to refuse admission if proof of age cannot be produced or if any attendees do not meet the age requirement. In such an event, neither Golden Village nor SIA shall be liable for refunds or any form of compensation.
- In the event a Participant that has registered for the Experience is unable to attend the Experience due to testing positive for COVID-19, such Participant shall not attend the Experience and SIA is not obliged to reschedule the Experience for the benefit of such Participant.
- While SIA shall take the necessary steps and precautions in accordance with any prevailing and applicable SMM, participants of the Experience acknowledge that they are attending the Experience at their own risk. SIA is not liable to the participants in case any of the participants test positive for COVID-19 following the Experience.
- SIA is not liable to the Participants for any loss, damage, death, injury, disability and any loss or damage to property or person from any cause in connection with the Experience and related activities.
- Golden Village will not be responsible for claims or proceedings arising from the conduct of any persons attending the Experience; save that Golden Village will be responsible for claims or proceedings arising from its wilful misconduct and/or negligence in the preparation or supply of food and beverages at the Experience and SIA shall not be liable or responsible for the same.
- In the event that the Experience cannot proceed at the specified date due to circumstances arising from or related to COVID-19, SIA reserves the right to reschedule the Experience to a later date.
- Unless otherwise specified, SIA will not be responsible for and will not bear any expenses and ancillary costs which may be incurred by PPS Club member(s) and/or Participants in connection with the Experience.
- SIA will not be liable or responsible for any separate experiences and/or promotions, including any disputes that may arise in relation to the same, that may be offered by Golden Village during the Experience.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, the eligible PPS Club member and/or Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless SIA, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and all of its respective directors, employees, servants, agents and contractors (the "Indemnified Parties") from and against all actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs and expenses of whatever nature arising out of, in connection with, or due to the Participants’ participation in the Experience, the use of any information or material supplied by the Participants to the Indemnified Parties, the Participants’ withdrawal from the Experience for any reasons, or any act or omission of the Participants.
- Conditions of use for the website, SIA Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and PPS Club/KrisFlyer terms and conditions shall apply.
- SIA may capture photographs, audio, video, and other recordings ("Recordings") of the Participants in the course of the Experience. By registering for and/or participating in the Experience, eligible PPS Club members and/or Participants consent to the collection, use, disclosure, and other processing (collectively, "Process" or "Processing") of such Recordings for commercial and/or publicity purposes across all media, including but not limited to, SIA's publications, and websites. Eligible PPS Club members and/or Participants may object to Processing of Recordings of them by contacting PPS Club Events team at PPSClub_Events@singaporeair.com.sg or informing a member of SIA's staff at the Experience. Such consent by eligible PPS Club members and/or Participants also constitutes agreement that the Recordings in their original or edited format may be Processed as described above without further notification, remuneration or compensation, and that copyright and all other intellectual property rights in and to all Recordings shall vest solely and absolutely in SIA.
- By registering for and/or participating in the Experience, eligible PPS Club members and/or the Participants consent that SIA may Process their personal data for the purposes of the Experience as detailed in these terms and conditions and in accordance with the SIA Privacy Policy.
- SIA reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions or terminate the Experience without prior notice.
- In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochures, marketing or promotional materials relating to the Experience, these terms and conditions shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.
- A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 of Singapore to enforce any of these terms and conditions.
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
