For flights between Cebu and Kolkata, our weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are: Economy Class (Lite and Value fares: 25kg; Standard and Flexi fares: 30kg) and Business Class (40kg). Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg in weight for safety reasons.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class customers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class customers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final baggage allowance for your trip is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class members must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans.

The connection is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing. It does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers, so we recommend downloading any heavy content you need before you travel.

During your layover at Singapore Changi Airport, eligible passengers departing on Singapore Airlines flights to Kolkata may be invited to relax in our SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on cabin class and KrisFlyer or Star Alliance status. Lounge access is determined by your onward boarding pass.
