Beverage Service
Throughout the journey, you can enjoy a selection of hot and cold drinks, including juices and soft drinks. A range of alcoholic beverages is also available, and our signature Singapore Sling is served on board.

For flights between Mumbai and Denpasar Bali, the weight concept applies. For checked baggage, Economy Class guests can bring 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Premium Economy Class guests have 35kg, Business Class 40kg, and Suites 50kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class guests may carry 1 piece up to 7kg. Suites and Business Class guests may carry 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final baggage allowance for your trip will be shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on most Singapore Airlines flights from Mumbai to Denpasar Bali once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class members should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

Other options, like purchasing a day pass at a pay-per-use lounge, are also available.

At Singapore Changi Airport, eligible customers may relax in facilities such as the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), and KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on cabin and status.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Mumbai but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.
