On Singapore Airlines services from Milan to Cebu via Singapore, Wi-Fi is available once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. With a layover at Singapore Changi Airport, you can enjoy indoor gardens, themed zones, quiet rest areas, and a wide variety of dining and retail options between your Milan and Cebu flights.
