For flights between Adelaide and Surabaya, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are: Economy Class (25kg on Lite and Value fares, 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares) and Business Class (40kg). Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. Cabin baggage allowances are: Economy Class (1 piece, up to 7kg) and Business Class (2 pieces, each up to 7kg). Your final allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on our Adelaide–Singapore and Singapore–Surabaya services once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class members must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Paid plans are available for non-members. When departing from Adelaide International Airport, eligible Singapore Airlines customers may use the Plaza Premium Lounge in the international departures area, based on cabin class, fare, or frequent flyer status. Access conditions are confirmed at check-in and on your boarding pass.
