Beverage Service
Throughout the journey, a selection of hot and cold drinks is available, including juices, soft drinks, tea, and coffee. You can also enjoy our signature Singapore Sling on board, along with a range of other beverages.

On Paris–Hyderabad flights, the weight concept applies for checked baggage. For Economy Class, Lite and Value fares include 25kg, while Standard and Flexi fares include 30kg. Premium Economy Class includes 35kg, Business Class includes 40kg, and First Class includes 50kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg. Business Class and First Class customers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your final baggage allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On both the Paris–Singapore and Singapore–Hyderabad sectors, Economy Class seats offer a 32-inch pitch with up to 19-inch seat width. Premium Economy Class, available on the Paris–Singapore sector, offers a 38-inch pitch with up to 20-inch seat width.

Business Class on both sectors provides a fully flat bed with direct aisle access on long-haul aircraft and lie-flat or deeply reclining seats on the regional Boeing 737-8 MAX, depending on configuration. First Class is available on selected Paris–Singapore services on the Boeing 777-300ER, offering a spacious fully flat bed and enhanced privacy.

Yes, Singapore Airlines provides lounge access to eligible passengers with a layover in Singapore. Your eligibility is based on your class of travel or your KrisFlyer and Star Alliance status, and it is determined by your flight leaving Singapore. Other options, like purchasing a day pass at a pay-per-use lounge, are also available.

At Singapore Changi Airport, eligible customers may be invited to The Private Room, the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), the SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or the KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on cabin and status.

Lounge Access Eligibility
Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Paris but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

Singapore Changi Airport is designed for comfortable layovers, with themed gardens, rest areas, play zones, and a wide choice of dining and shopping. For longer connections of at least 5.5 to 6 hours, you can consider a transit tour of the city, subject to operating conditions and eligibility.

If you prefer to stay airside, you can explore attractions such as indoor gardens, art installations, and relaxation zones, or book a room at an airport hotel for a few hours of rest. Showers and spa services are also available in selected areas.

Through-Check Conditions
For your bags to be sent directly to your final destination, the following general conditions must be met:

Single Itinerary: Both flight segments (Paris–Singapore and Singapore–Hyderabad) must be under the same booking reference or PNR.

Layover Duration: Your connection in Singapore must be less than 24 hours. If your layover exceeds 24 hours, it is considered a stopover, and you will typically be required to collect your luggage and re-check it for your onward flight.

Partner Airlines: If your onward flight from Singapore to Hyderabad is operated by a partner airline, Singapore Airlines has through-check agreements that usually allow your bags to be tagged to your final destination.
