For flights between Seattle and Medan, the piece concept applies. Checked baggage for Economy Class allows 2 pieces, each up to 23kg. Premium Economy Class allows 2 pieces, each up to 23kg. Business Class allows 2 pieces, each up to 32kg. Each individual piece must not exceed 32kg. Cabin baggage for Economy Class and Premium Economy Class is 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class allows 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your final allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members, and Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure.
