Throughout the journey, you can enjoy hot and cold drinks, including juices, soft drinks, tea, and coffee. Our signature Singapore Sling is also available on board, alongside a curated selection of other alcoholic beverages.

For flights between Fukuoka and Colombo, the weight-concept baggage policy applies. In Economy Class, checked baggage allowances are 25kg for Lite and Value fares, and 30kg for Standard and Flexi fares. In Business Class, the checked baggage allowance is 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg. Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your final baggage allowance will be shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Fukuoka to Colombo once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class members must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Paid plans are available for non-members.

The connection is designed for messaging, email, and basic browsing, and does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Fukuoka but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

Eligible passengers can relax at facilities such as the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or KrisFlyer Gold Lounge at Singapore (SIN), depending on their cabin and status.

Singapore Changi Airport is designed to make layovers comfortable and engaging, with themed gardens, quiet rest areas, and extensive shopping and dining. For shorter connections, you can stay airside, explore the terminals, and enjoy amenities such as snooze zones, relaxation areas, and family-friendly spaces.

If you have at least 5.5 to 6 hours between flights and meet the programme conditions, you may be able to join a free city transit tour to see highlights of Singapore before returning to the airport. Alternatively, you can book an airport hotel or lounge access for extra rest and privacy.

Partner Airlines: If your onward flight from Singapore to Colombo is operated by a partner airline, Singapore Airlines has through-check agreements that usually allow your bags to be tagged to your final destination.
