For flights between Yangon and Milan, the weight concept applies to checked baggage. In Economy Class, Lite and Value fares include 25kg, while Standard and Flexi fares include 30kg. Premium Economy Class includes 35kg of checked baggage, and Business Class includes 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg. Business Class customers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your exact baggage allowance will be shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights on this route once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers need to add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Paid plans are available for non-members. The connection is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

Yes, Singapore Airlines provides lounge access to eligible passengers with a layover in Singapore. Your eligibility is based on your class of travel or your KrisFlyer and Star Alliance status, and it is determined by your flight leaving Singapore. Other options, like purchasing a day pass at a pay-per-use lounge, are also available. Eligible customers may be able to use facilities such as the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or KrisFlyer Gold Lounge during their transit.

With a longer layover, you can explore different terminals, enjoy art installations, or visit dedicated transit hotels and spas for additional comfort.

If your connection time is sufficient and you meet the entry requirements, you may also consider an official transit tour into the city, which typically requires at least 5.5 to 6 hours of layover time. This can be a convenient way to see highlights of Singapore without handling your checked baggage.

Yangon operates on Myanmar Time (MMT), which is UTC+6:30 and does not observe daylight saving time. Milan uses Central European Time (CET), UTC+1, and switches to Central European Summer Time (CEST), UTC+2, roughly from late March to late October. Milan is therefore 4.5 hours behind Yangon in winter and 4.5 to 5.5 hours behind in summer, depending on the date.
