For flights between Bangkok and Ahmedabad, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are: Economy Class (25kg on Lite/Value fares, 30kg on Standard/Flexi), Premium Economy Class (35kg where available on the Bangkok–Singapore sector), and Business Class (40kg). Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. Cabin baggage allowances are: Economy Class and Premium Economy Class (1 piece, up to 7kg), and Business Class (2 pieces, each up to 7kg). Your exact allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet on both sectors of your journey, where the service is installed. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can choose from paid plans. The connection is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On the Bangkok–Singapore sector, Economy Class seats offer a 32-inch pitch with up to 19-inch seat width, Premium Economy Class (where available on the Airbus A350-900) offers a 38-inch pitch with up to 20-inch seat width, and Business Class provides a fully flat bed with direct aisle access. If you have at least 5.5 to 6 hours between flights and meet the programme conditions, you can consider joining one of the airport’s transit tours into the city, which showcase key highlights before returning you in time for your onward flight.
