For flights between Darwin and Chennai, the weight-concept baggage policy applies. In Economy Class, checked baggage allowances are 25kg for Lite and Value fares, and 30kg for Standard and Flexi fares. Business Class passengers enjoy 40kg of checked baggage. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final allowance for your trip is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Darwin to Chennai once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. Singapore Changi Airport is well suited to making the most of your layover on the way from Darwin to Chennai. For longer layovers, you can join a free city tour if your connection meets the minimum time requirement, typically around 5.5 to 6 hours.
