For flights between Dubai and Fukuoka, our weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are: Economy Class (Lite and Value fares: 25kg; Standard and Flexi: 30kg), Premium Economy Class (35kg), Business Class (40kg), and First Class (50kg). Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg. First Class and Business Class customers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your exact allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Dubai to Fukuoka once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure.

Eligible customers may be invited to facilities such as The Private Room, the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), the SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or the KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on cabin and tier.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Dubai but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

At Singapore Changi Airport, you can enjoy themed gardens, quiet zones, and comfortable seating areas across the terminals. For shorter layovers, consider exploring indoor gardens, art installations, or rest areas close to your departure gate.

With a longer connection of around 5.5 hours or more, you may be able to join an official transit tour into the city, subject to eligibility and timing. Alternatively, make use of airport amenities such as spa services, shower facilities, or airport hotels for rest between flights.
