Beverage Service
Throughout the journey, you can enjoy a selection of hot and cold drinks, including juices and soft drinks, as well as alcoholic beverages where available. Our signature Singapore Sling is served on board, offering a distinctive taste of Singapore during your flight.

For flights between Istanbul and Cebu, the weight-concept baggage policy applies. For checked baggage, Economy Class customers have 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Premium Economy Class customers have 35kg, and Business Class customers have 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg. Business Class customers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final allowance for your trip is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Istanbul to Cebu once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. Wi-Fi access is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members, and Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Paid plans are available for non-members. The connection is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On the Istanbul to Singapore sector operated by the Airbus A350-900, Economy Class seats offer a 32-inch pitch with up to 19-inch seat width, Premium Economy Class provides a 38-inch pitch with up to 20-inch seat width, and Business Class features fully flat beds with direct aisle access at every seat.

On the Singapore to Cebu sector operated by the Boeing 737-8 MAX, Economy Class offers comfortable legroom comparable to our regional standards, while Business Class provides a more spacious seat with generous recline and enhanced personal space for working or resting.

From Istanbul to Singapore on the Airbus A350-900, you can choose between Business Class, Premium Economy Class, and Economy Class. From Singapore to Cebu on the Boeing 737-8 MAX, you can travel in Business Class or Economy Class. This means Premium Economy Class is available only on the Istanbul to Singapore sector.

Yes, Singapore Airlines provides lounge access to eligible passengers with a layover in Singapore. Your eligibility is based on your class of travel or your KrisFlyer and Star Alliance status, and it is determined by your flight leaving Singapore. Other options, like purchasing a day pass at a pay-per-use lounge, are also available.

With a layover at Singapore Changi Airport, you can enjoy a wide range of facilities, including themed gardens, rest areas, family zones, and an extensive selection of shops and dining outlets. For longer layovers, you may be able to join an official transit tour into the city, available for passengers with at least about 5.5 to 6 hours between flights.

Shorter layovers are best spent exploring the terminals, relaxing in quiet zones, or refreshing at a transit hotel or spa. Wayfinding is clear and efficient, helping you move easily between gates, amenities, and lounges. At Istanbul Airport, eligible Singapore Airlines customers may be invited to relax in partner lounges before departure, such as Turkish Airlines Lounge Business Class or Turkish Airlines Lounge Miles&Smiles, depending on cabin class and frequent flyer status. Lounge access is determined by your departing flight from Istanbul and your membership tier.

During your layover at Singapore Changi Airport, eligible customers flying with Singapore Airlines may be able to access facilities such as the SilverKris Lounge First Class, SilverKris Lounge Business Class, or KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on cabin class and frequent flyer status. Access is based on your onward flight from Singapore and your KrisFlyer or Star Alliance tier.

Istanbul operates on Turkey Time (UTC+3) year-round, without daylight saving time. Cebu follows Philippine Time (UTC+8), also without daylight saving time. Cebu is therefore 5 hours ahead of Istanbul throughout the year; when it is 12.00 noon in Istanbul, it is 17.00 in Cebu.

From Istanbul, you will connect via Singapore and arrive at Mactan-Cebu International Airport, which serves Cebu City and surrounding areas. The airport is located on Mactan Island, linked to the main island by road bridges, with onward options including taxis, car services, and arranged hotel transfers.

We recommend allowing at least 1.5 to 2 hours for a smooth connection at Singapore Changi Airport when travelling from Istanbul to Cebu. This gives you time to walk between gates, clear any necessary checks, and have a short break. For longer layovers, you can explore more of the airport facilities.
