For flights between Manila and Taipei, our baggage policy follows the weight concept. In checked baggage, Economy Class customers may bring 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Business Class customers enjoy a 40kg checked baggage allowance. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg. Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces of cabin baggage, each up to 7kg. The final allowance for your trip will be shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Manila to Taipei once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members, and Economy Class customers should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Paid plans are available for non-members, and the service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Manila but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

In Singapore Changi Airport, eligible customers may be invited to use lounges such as the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on cabin and status.

Singapore Changi Airport is designed to make layovers comfortable and enjoyable, with themed gardens, quiet rest areas, shower facilities, and a wide choice of dining. If you have at least 5.5 to 6 hours between flights, you may consider joining an official transit tour into the city, subject to eligibility and timing.

For shorter layovers, you can stay airside and explore attractions such as indoor gardens, art installations, and relaxation zones in your terminal. There are also transit hotels if you prefer a private room and shower between flights.
