For flights between Cebu and Phuket, our baggage policy follows the weight concept. In Economy Class, checked baggage allowances are 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. In Business Class, the checked baggage allowance is 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. For cabin baggage, Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your final allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Cebu to Phuket once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class members must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. If you have a longer layover at Singapore Changi Airport, you can join an official free transit tour into the city, usually available for layovers of around 5.5 hours or more, subject to timing and eligibility. For shorter connections, you might prefer to stay airside and enjoy themed gardens, rest areas, and family-friendly play zones across the terminals. There are also transit hotels and shower facilities where you can rest between flights. Your time at Singapore Changi Airport is more than just a wait — it's an integral part of your journey.
