For flights between Cebu and Frankfurt, the weight concept applies. For checked baggage, Economy Class passengers may check 25kg on Lite and Value fares and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Premium Economy Class passengers may check 35kg, Business Class 40kg, and First Class 50kg, with each checked bag not exceeding 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg. Business Class and First Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your final allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights on this route once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class members should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Paid plans are available for non-members. The service supports messaging, email, and basic browsing, but does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Cebu but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

Singapore Changi Airport is well suited to both short and longer layovers. For longer connections of around 5.5 hours or more, and subject to schedule, you may consider official transit tours into the city that showcase key sights before returning you to the airport.

For shorter layovers, staying airside gives you easy access to themed gardens, quiet rest zones, and entertainment areas, as well as a wide choice of dining outlets. You can also explore terminal attractions such as indoor greenery and family-friendly play spaces.
