Throughout the journey, you can enjoy a range of hot and cold beverages. Our signature Singapore Sling is also available on board, alongside soft drinks and other refreshments suited to regional flights.

For Kathmandu–Phnom Penh flights, the weight concept applies. In Economy Class, the checked baggage allowance is 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. In Business Class, you may check in up to 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your exact allowance will be shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional checked baggage allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Business Class customers should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can choose from paid plans.

The connection is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers. Coverage and performance may vary slightly during the flight as the aircraft moves between satellite regions.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Kathmandu but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

Singapore Changi Airport offers a wide range of facilities to make your layover comfortable, from themed gardens and quiet rest areas to play zones and transit hotels. The airport also operates a free city tour programme, typically available for layovers of at least 5.5 hours, allowing you to see highlights of Singapore without arranging your own transport.

If you prefer to stay airside, you can enjoy walking trails, viewing galleries, and a choice of dining options suited to different tastes. There are also shower facilities and nap-friendly seating areas that make it easier to refresh between your Kathmandu and Phnom Penh flights.

Through-Check Conditions
For your bags to be sent directly to your final destination, the following general conditions must be met:

Layover Duration: Your connection in Singapore must be less than 24 hours. If your layover exceeds 24 hours, it is considered a stopover, and you will typically be required to collect your luggage and re-check it for your onward flight.

Partner Airlines: If your onward flight from Singapore to Phnom Penh is operated by a partner airline, Singapore Airlines has through-check agreements that usually allow your bags to be tagged to your final destination.
