For Munich–Cebu flights, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are: Economy Class (25kg on Lite/Value fares; 30kg on Standard/Flexi), Premium Economy Class (35kg), and Business Class (40kg). Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your final allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet on the Munich–Singapore and Singapore–Cebu sectors. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans on board. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On the Munich–Singapore sector operated by the Airbus A350-900, Economy Class offers a 32-inch seat pitch and up to 19-inch seat width, Premium Economy Class offers a 38-inch seat pitch and up to 20-inch seat width, and Business Class features a fully flat bed with direct aisle access from every seat.

On the Singapore–Cebu sector operated by the Boeing 737-8 MAX, Economy Class also provides comfortable legroom with around a 32-inch pitch, while Business Class offers a larger seat that converts into a fully flat or near-flat bed, depending on the specific configuration, giving you generous space to relax on the regional flight.

Yes, Singapore Airlines provides lounge access to eligible passengers with a layover in Singapore. Your eligibility is based on your class of travel or your KrisFlyer and Star Alliance status, and it is determined by your flight leaving Singapore. Other options, like purchasing a day pass at a pay-per-use lounge, are also available.

Lounge Access Eligibility
Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Munich but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

If you have at least 5.5 to 6 hours, you can consider joining one of Singapore Changi Airport’s transit tours, which give a short introduction to the city before you return to the terminal for your onward flight. For shorter layovers, staying airside is very comfortable.

Within the terminal, you can explore themed gardens, quiet rest areas, and entertainment zones, or relax in shower facilities and nap spaces available in selected areas and transit hotels. There are also many dining and shopping options if you prefer to stretch your legs between flights.
