For Brisbane to Surabaya flights, our baggage policy uses the weight concept. In Economy Class, Lite and Value fares include 25kg of checked baggage, while Standard and Flexi fares include 30kg. In Business Class, the checked baggage allowance is 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg. Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your final baggage allowance is confirmed on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Brisbane to Surabaya, once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Brisbane but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

Singapore Changi Airport offers a free transit tour for eligible passengers with layovers of at least around 5.5 to 6 hours, allowing you to enjoy a brief guided introduction to the city before returning comfortably to the terminal. You can register for these tours at designated counters inside the transit area.
