It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans. The service is ideal for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On the Delhi to Singapore sector, Economy Class seats typically offer a 32-inch pitch and up to 19-inch seat width, while Premium Economy Class on the Airbus A380-800 offers a 38-inch pitch and up to 20-inch seat width. The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Delhi but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

For shorter layovers, you can enjoy themed gardens, relaxation zones, and a wide range of dining and shopping options within the terminals.
