For flights between Hangzhou and Osaka, our baggage policy follows the weight concept. For checked baggage, Economy Class passengers may bring 25kg on Lite and Value fares, or 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Business Class passengers may bring 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg in weight.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg. Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your exact allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances on top of the standard limits.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Hangzhou to Osaka once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet.
