For flights between Johannesburg and Amsterdam, our weight-concept baggage policy applies. In Economy Class, the checked baggage allowance is 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. In Premium Economy Class, you may check 35kg, and in Business Class, you may check 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class customers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your exact allowance will be shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on our Johannesburg–Singapore and Singapore–Amsterdam flights once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans. The connection is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Johannesburg but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.
