Throughout the flight, a selection of hot and cold drinks is available, including juices, soft drinks, tea, and coffee. You can also enjoy our signature Singapore Sling on board, along with a range of other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

For London–Dubai journeys, our weight-concept baggage policy applies. For checked baggage, Economy Class passengers may bring 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Premium Economy Class passengers have an allowance of 35kg, Business Class 40kg, and Suites or First Class 50kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg. Suites, First Class, and Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your exact allowance will be shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from London to Dubai once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members, with Economy Class and Premium Economy Class members needing to add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On all sectors between London, Singapore, and Dubai, Economy Class seats offer a 32-inch pitch with up to 19-inch seat width, providing good space for long journeys. Premium Economy Class offers a 38-inch pitch and up to 20-inch seat width, with a more generous recline.

In Business Class on these routes, you can enjoy a fully flat bed with direct aisle access from every seat, along with additional storage and privacy. Yes, Singapore Airlines provides lounge access to eligible passengers with a layover in Singapore. Your eligibility is based on your class of travel or your KrisFlyer and Star Alliance status, and it is determined by your flight leaving Singapore. Other options, like purchasing a day pass at a pay-per-use lounge, are also available.

At Singapore Changi Airport, eligible customers may have access to facilities such as The Private Room, the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), the SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), and the KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on cabin class and membership status.

Dubai follows Gulf Standard Time (UTC+4) all year and does not observe daylight saving time. This means Dubai is 4 hours ahead of London in winter and 3 hours ahead during British Summer Time.

Through-Check Conditions
