For flights between Surabaya and Seoul, the weight concept applies. In Economy Class, checked baggage allowances are 25kg for Lite and Value fares, and 30kg for Standard and Flexi fares. In Business Class, the checked baggage allowance is 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your final baggage allowance will be shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Surabaya to Seoul once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class members must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans. The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Surabaya but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only. In Singapore (SIN), eligible passengers may be invited to use lounges such as the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or KrisFlyer Gold Lounge.

Singapore Changi Airport offers extensive facilities to make your layover comfortable, including themed gardens, rest areas, and family-friendly spaces. If you have at least 5.5 hours between flights, you can consider joining the airport’s official free transit tour to see highlights of Singapore before returning for your onward flight.

For shorter connections, you may prefer to stay airside and explore the terminals, where you will find walking trails, art installations, and quiet zones for relaxation. Airport hotels and nap facilities are available if you would like to rest and freshen up before continuing to Seoul.
