For flights between Chennai and Surabaya, our weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are as follows: Economy Class guests may check in 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Business Class guests may check in up to 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class customers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg. Business Class customers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The exact allowance for your journey will be shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.
