Other baggage issues

Before you begin, make sure
  • You have your booking reference.
  • Your last destination flight was operated by Singapore Airlines.
  • Your flight arrived within the past 72 hours.
  • You have images of your damaged bag in top, bottom, and side view.

If you are reporting your damaged bag more than 72 hours after your flight arrived, contact the lost and found office of your last destination.
