Make a report for checked baggage that did not arrive with you on your flight.

Other baggage issues

Before you begin, make sure
  • You have your booking reference.
  • You have your bag tag receipts.
  • Your last destination flight was operated by Singapore Airlines.
  • Your flight arrived within the past 24 hours.

If you are reporting your delayed bag more than 24 hours after your flight arrived, contact the lost and found office of your last destination.
