For journeys between Fukuoka and Los Angeles, the piece concept applies. For checked baggage, Economy Class guests may bring 2 pieces, each up to 23kg. Premium Economy Class guests may bring 2 pieces, each up to 23kg. Business Class guests may bring 2 pieces, each up to 32kg. Each individual checked piece must not exceed 32kg. For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class guests may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class guests may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on board once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet on this route. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members, and members in Economy Class and Premium Economy Class should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans. The connection is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

If your connection is long enough, consider joining an official city tour offered from the airport, which typically requires a minimum layover of around 5.5 to 6 hours. For shorter transits, you can relax at an airport hotel, visit a spa, or simply explore the terminals unique attractions. Your time at Singapore Changi Airport is more than just a wait — it is an integral part of your journey.

In Fukuoka, eligible customers may use Lounge Fukuoka before departure.
