For flights between Kolkata and Surabaya, our weight-concept baggage policy applies. In Economy Class, the checked baggage allowance is 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. In Business Class, the checked baggage allowance is 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final allowance applicable to your journey is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Airbus A350-900 flights between Kolkata, Singapore, and Surabaya once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Kolkata but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

For shorter connections, you can remain airside, enjoy complimentary rest zones, or freshen up in dedicated shower facilities available at selected locations.
