For flights between Shanghai and Shenzhen, our baggage policy follows the weight concept. Checked baggage allowances are: Economy Class 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares; Premium Economy Class 35kg; Business Class 40kg; First Class 50kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. Cabin baggage allowances are: Economy Class and Premium Economy Class one piece up to 7kg; Business Class and First Class two pieces, each up to 7kg. Your final allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Shanghai to Shenzhen once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Shanghai but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

If your layover at Singapore Changi Airport is long enough, you can join one of the airport's official transit tours into the city, which typically require at least around 5.5 to 6 hours between flights. For shorter connections, you can stay airside and enjoy themed gardens, rest areas, and entertainment zones within the terminals.
