For flights between Perth and Jakarta, our weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are: Economy Class (25kg for Lite and Value fares, 30kg for Standard and Flexi), Premium Economy Class (35kg), Business Class (40kg), and First Class (50kg). Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. Cabin baggage allowances are: Economy Class and Premium Economy Class (1 piece up to 7kg), and Business Class and First Class (2 pieces, each up to 7kg). Your final allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Perth to Jakarta once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class members should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans. The service is ideal for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Perth but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

For longer connections of at least 5.5 hours, you can consider joining the official free Singapore city tour, subject to eligibility and timings. You can also enjoy swimming pools, movie screenings, and themed zones within the terminals without leaving the transit area.
